Terms & Conditions

A reservation is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation from Aster Vue Hotel by email or SMS, and applicable payment (if any) has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if information provided is found to be incorrect or incomplete.

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM (IST) and check-out time is 12:00 noon (IST). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

A valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation and check in independently. Local guests (Bangalore residents) may be asked to provide additional identification at the discretion of management.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other guests, staff, and the property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Consumption of outside alcohol in public areas, illegal substances, weapons, and pets (unless explicitly approved in advance) are not permitted on the premises.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if a guest's conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the hotel property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.

Aster Vue Hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are requested to use the in-room safe (where available) or the front desk safe deposit facility for valuables.

Aster Vue Hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government action, strikes, or utility outages. In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule or refund as appropriate.

Aster Vue Hotel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version of the terms in effect at the time of your booking will govern that reservation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
