Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods for online bookings and on-property payments:

• Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro)
• Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps)
• Popular Indian wallets supported by our payment processor
• Cash and card payments at the hotel for select bookings

All prices on this website are displayed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes (GST) are either inclusive or shown separately at the time of booking, in accordance with prevailing regulations.

Online payments on this website are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. Aster Vue Hotel does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials on its own servers; all sensitive payment data is handled directly by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.

For prepaid bookings, the full reservation amount is charged to your selected payment method at the time of booking confirmation.

For 'Pay at hotel' bookings, your card details may be captured to guarantee the reservation, but no amount is deducted at the time of booking. The applicable amount is charged at check-in or check-out as per the rate plan selected.

Additional services consumed during your stay (food and beverage, laundry, in-room dining, etc.) are billed separately at check-out.

If a payment is attempted but the booking is not confirmed (for example due to a network failure), any amount debited from your account will typically be auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not receive a reversal in that window, please write to us with your transaction reference and we will work with Razorpay to resolve it.

Our website uses HTTPS for all communications. Payment authentication uses your bank's 3D Secure / OTP-based flow wherever applicable. We strongly recommend keeping your contact number registered with your bank up to date to receive transaction OTPs without delay.
